My mortgage advisers was consistently helpful, informative, patient, polite and friendly. They clearly explained the different deals available and the different stages of the process and gave useful answers to my questions on the details. No unpleasant surprises. No complaints. L&C the right mortgage no matter the circumstances

I was told by another broker that I was ineligible for a mortgage, I reached out to L&C for a second opinion, they were outstanding I was told of all my options and they helped me get the best rate mortgage available and kept me updated at every stage of my application and I’m now settled in my new home all thanks to L&C Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Would highly recommend

Firstly, I was recommended L&C by a family member who had a great experience beforehand. So, when I used them they were exceptionally efficient, polite and thorough with their checks. At the time, I was going through a difficult time so they made my process super simple and easy so I can concentrate on other things! Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Seems good. Although "whole of the market - there are companies not included in their mortgage hunt - but that is the same for any mortgage broker. Seems good. But a lot of forms to fill in & some duplication. But chances are that is the same for anyone. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
