Really good, but

The mortgage brokering service was really good and I was very impressed however given that the brokering is basically free they’ve had to find ways to make money the ways that they found to make money are by ripping people off for additional services such as the survey which was rubbish the conveyancing which was also rubbish and both of these things cost more than they would otherwise have cost had I’ve gone direct and found a surveyor under conveyancer myself. Efficient service sourcing the best remortgage rates

Really efficient service, sourced rates more competitive than the usual mortgage websites and our existing provider. Simple, quick service, easy to complete forms taking all the hassle out of remortgaging. This is our second time using L&C and I'm glad we came back. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
