I had a really positive experience with L&C Mortgages. The adviser was clear, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my circumstances before recommending suitable options. Everything was explained in plain English, which made the process feel much less stressful, and I was kept updated at each stage. The service felt professional and impartial, and I had confidence that I was getting advice that was genuinely in my best interests. I wouldn’t hesitate to use L&C again or recommend them to others. Regular user - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve used L&C on multiple occasions now for house purchases and remortgaging and they’ve been so knowledgeable and helpful every time. Even in times of rapidly changing interest rates, they ensure you are getting the best deal and will resubmit multiple applications to get the best rate. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining things without talking down to you. It’s easy to arrange a phone call with a real person and it’s great that the same person will follow up via email so you have a contact who knows your case.
