Great communication and a swift stress free process - I was worried about getting a remortgage as at the time the interests rate were going to make a significant rise, but the prompt work of the staff at L&C managed to secure my mortgage deal in time to seal in the chosen rate I’d selected Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Easy experience, clear process.

It was an easy experience dealing with L&C mortgage broker. We said what we were after, we were then given the mortgage offers available and chose from there. It was clear where we were in the process and what we needed to provide to reach completion. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

L & C great company reliable and experienced

I was concerned that due to my age and being retired that I may not be able to remortgage my home,. But the advisors at L &C were very experienced and took me through the steps and the process was so smooth and any questions I had , they gave me confidence and I was successful in getting a mortgage. Brilliant from start to finish

From my initial query right through to mortgage completion, I felt really well looked after. My mortgage advisor was extremely thorough and ran through various offers/scenarios with me. He returned my calls promptly and always had time for my many questions. He even called me before completion to move me on to an offer that provided me with a better interest rate.
