Took all of the stress out of arranging a remortgage and dealt with everything professionally from start to finish. A single point of contact and the same person as we had for our last remortgage meant our advisor had a head start and we just had to update on any changes in our circumstances. You can't go wrong with L&C!

I have used L&C to seek mortgages and mortgage advice on 2 properties now and I recommend them to all my first time buyer friends. L&C make the whole experience easy, not only do they scan the market to get the best deals but you can fit the phone calls around your work hours so it makes a stressful process much more convenient. I very much doubt I will ever use another mortgage broker again! Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Superb Mortgage Advice, lacking with protection plan

Very helpful at advising and gathering information on mortgages. Would be good if there emails were more tailored though. I get emails about lower interest rates eventhough I've just renewed my mortgage. Customer service for protection plan is terrible. Arranged a time for a call and they never rang, then months later had an email saying they were closing our case because we didn't show interest. Replied to it and didn't get a response.
