Interest rate very reasonable

Well I have taken loan twice first time was very easy for me but the second one I took I could not service it due to circumstances beyond my power but not the fault of credit Union. Efficient with outstanding service.

From the initial contact, to the credit agreement being sent via email and signed for electronically and funds transferred. The whole process was simple, efficient and professional, with fantstic customer assistance from staff members when I had queries that need answering. Payments are not missed with the monies being directly deducted from your payroll. Highly recommended as a reliable and creditable company. Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Amazing customer service

I have been using LMCU services for years and I have enjoyed every aspect of their services including their customer care, the products and loans are very well explained and the general transparency is amazing, I will continue to use LMCU for the years to come and if they offer mortgage services I will be getting one too! Keeping things real.

I really rate the LMCU. The tools that came with my LMCU current account, really helped me to get my finances' in order, after struggling with persistent debt for years. I found that having live balance updates sent to my phone by text, every time I used my debit card, was a game changer. Also, I had never had a bank account before that had an on line banking option, so once I set the service up, I was able to keep an eye on everything when ever I wanted and move money that was then available to me instantly. For the first time in years, I felt confident paying for my supermarket shopping, knowing exactly what I had available to spend. Having this bank account has taught me the value of money and how to budget. The staff in the Woolworth road Branch are really fantastic too. Always so helpful and knowledgeable, I've never felt pressured into anything. The fact that LMCU is a community bank is also something that attracted me to the bank. The Fairness of the loan agreements and interest rates is really reassuring too. The LMCU is a real bank for real people. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020

They give you a chance

Not like any other loan/bank, They actually listen to your reasons if you need a loan instead of it being based on your credit history. They’ve helped me out a lot by getting rid of my high interest loans and now it’s condense to one loan and I’ve saved so much money and will in the long run. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020
