Great product with fantastic communication.

During the COVID-19 pandemic it gave me an opportunity to look at my finances and address some issues. LMCU helped me sort capitalise on the opportunity by offering me a product that was easy to use and would save me thousands of pounds over the next two years. The communication throughout was amazing and they reassured me and addressed any concerns I had along the way. Awesome product and even better customer experience through an unprecedented time. Went to open an account with London Mutual credit for the first time a very friendly staff explained to me the different types of account and their benefits, in which made me decide on what account to open with them in which I have also introduced my friends to open an account with them Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Easiest 5/5 Ever!

One of the most straight forward customer experience I’ve ever had and super helpful. All contact I had was via email so perfect for those that don’t like talking money over the phone.
