Credit Union bank is the best bank. the staff are approachable helpful and kind.

Been a member of CU for since 1996 starting at Waltham forest branch. CU has been my source of financial support when dealing with my UK and over seas affairs. i am now with SE London branch and continue to save and take loans. i have also encouraged friends and family to save with CU especially during these unpredictable times. People oriented, flexibility in managing money and affordable loans for all.

Great for customers service

On more than one occasion I wanted to travel especially when my dad passed away I needed to sort out a loan I explained the urgency and it was done in what I considered a record time which enabled me to go and lay my dad to rest the staff was brilliant. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020

Treated me fairly

Overall a quick and fairly hassle free experience. Didn't judge me just on "credit score" but also listened and took time to understand my circumstances. Offered me a loan at great interest rate and customer service has been excellent. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020

Friendly, local and understanding

Since I’ve been with LMCU I’ve found their services very well organised. Communication is excellent, customer service in branch is very personable and friendly and approachable. Loans, payday and boosters are reasonable rates and it always feels like they are on your side and trying to provide best service and options suitable for your needs.
