After a voting period which has seen over 21,000 customers share their feedback, today we’re announcing the Finalists of the British Bank Awards 2020.
Now in their sixth year, the British Bank Awards have returned to find the best products, hottest innovation and most trusted financial brands and partners. But today isn’t the end…far from it! As voting for Finalists runs to midnight on the 9 th February, there’s still time to share your feedback and help us to determine the winners.

They say a lot can happen in the space of a year, and that’s certainly true when it comes to the UK’s competitive financial services industry. With newly released data suggesting that customer channel preferences are changing fast, it’s clear that the pace of change remains high. Set against this background, the British Bank Awards aim to help customers find the best financial firms, from innovative FinTech start-ups, to large retail banks and even long standing building societies.
Since 2017, the British Bank Awards have been featured in publications including The Guardian, The Sunday Express, The Daily Mail, The Daily Mirror, The Scotsman, The Daily Record, The Spectator, Finextra, AltFi among many others, and we’re particularly excited to announce our 2020 winners and highly commended firms on the 12 th March.
