cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Everyone was brilliant oakham were quick and efficient and really friendly I felt comfortable and at ease....I couldn't of asked from better service and would definitely refer friends and family for load I too would take another load if needed, the app is brilliant too you can get rewards and it shows where you are with payments and is so simple to use ...thanks oakham! The lady I spoke to was lovely she was very helpful and dealt with me quite quickly was very efficient and would definitely refer a friend or family for a loan I would also take another loan in future once mine is paid off! I love the app as it helps you to know where your at with your payments etc.... am so please with how everything went and how it was dealt with the staff were brilliant Reviewed on: 27th June 2017
