Shoddy site they bombard you with e-mails, then when you apply which takes an age they pass you to a scam site. Reviewed on: 14th July 2019

Piggyback have excellent customer service and they are very helpful with any needs. If i was to take out a payday loan i would always use piggy bank as it feels secure. Reviewed on: 30th June 2016

Piggybank is THE responsible lender

Piggybank for me, have always been clear in what's happening with my money, and what I need to pay. I haven't experienced a competitor, and I don't think I ever will as I have never heard a bad word about piggyBank. A few occasions I've called up to ask to move the repayment date by 1 or 2 days this has always been met with understanding and excelled what I thought was going to be a intimidating process. All in all, piggybank are human. When you call up you deal with someone who can immediately empathise. When you email in with a question, you get a human response quickly. I seen piggy bank advertised on google as quick, easy and affordable loan. The application was easy and took no more then a couple of minutes. They straight away accepted my loan and had my money within the hour. I was very happy with the information I was given through contact email and texts. This made me feel piggy bank was safe to use.
