Good customer service

Always provides good customer service. The only issue I have is the long wait before they reimburse the money back to me every time I make a claim. I then have to keep calling customer service to ask for an update which sometimes is not always easy as I do have work too. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

So easy to apply

I was surprised that I was offered a PayPal credit to be honest. I had results of my application in just a few seconds, so easy too. Reminders are sent as well nearing the time to pay to avoid fees. This is really good for me as I can be forgetful at times. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024

Very straight forward application

I’m pleased that I was accepted for a PayPal credit. The application is so easy and results were just in minutes. I get a notification to remind me that I need to pay for it which is a good thing as I tend to forget. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024
