Easy to use, useless customer service.

Love how easy this card/account is to use. Easy to pay with a couple of different options, normally clears instantly for spending. Says they check every month for credit limit increases, however I have had 1 increase in nearly 3 years now. Credit score in high, linked bank account, reporting rent payments but still no increase, asked customer service and got a non answer in the form of a link to some waffle. APR is ridiculous however most are. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Easy to use credit facility, great user friendly app

Zable offer a great product with good rates and an okay credit limit. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, only contactable through a chat that seems to take 72hrs to get a response from and then it’s an automated copy and paste from the FAQs. Overall I’m happy with the facility easy to use, great user friendly app, easy to manage account ie direct debit and text reminders/push notifications. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
