System failed to execute my maturity instructions

The internal systems failed to execute my maturity instructions sent by secure message. The society did correct the error and put me back as I would have been if it had been done correctly in the first place (but didn’t offer me £5 for having to track down the error send them more communications and generally faff about). Their staff were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly to deal with just the systems needs a bit of work done. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
