Go out of thier way not to help!

Took 40 minutes and 4 people to give me another contact number! Spoke last week re a complex issue that they couldn't answer, told me they would ring back in 10 mins, 3 days and still no contact... No dedicated relationship managers any more, only call centres that take for ever to answer your call and then have no in depth knowledge of your business. Seems they dont like small businesses any-longer. 0345 # costs 55p from Vodafone, beware of calling them unless you have a bundle for 0345 numbers.. Think they drag out length of calls to take share of call cost. I'm off with my half a million to mMetro bank who are face to face and are open 8-8 every working day. Think Lloyds are heading for the scrapheap. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2016
