Telephoned last Saturday morning.

Telephoned last Saturday morning. Waited over half an hour to speak to someone. My queries were answered to most of my satisfaction, but I felt sorry for the staff on duty. Was it a good idea to announce the new regular saver on a Saturday morning with so few staff on duty? Would it not have been better to bring in more staff on Saturday or leave the announcement until Monday? Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
