Utter utter shambles

There were the cheapest quote, by just a little in 2023, changed to them from Gladiator, within a month they sent a letter saying they had reason to believe I had lied on my form, they were adding a cost plus their service charge, the letter arrived the day after the date they gave to appeal. Was unable to start an online account to send proof of no claims, customer service could not answer why. Phone numbers on their letters are not answered, just spent 1.5 hours on hold to cancel using number on letter, tried a different number from the website it was answered in 5 minutes. Utter utter shambles I hope this reaches somebody before they make the mistake I did and use them. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
