They're certainly my Pal!

Having been with PayPal for 8yrs plus, I've had reason to speak to them on a few occasions and have always been treated very well. They provide a really good mechanism (still needs a few tweeks) for helping solve whatever problems I've encountered and I've had my share of 'dodgy' or deliberately misleading 'deals'! It can be very confusing nowadays when dealing with finance matters, particularly when you're an OAP! The other aspect I really appreciate is the knowledge that, if I have been 'conned' or lead to believe one thing when another transpired, I am reassured that PayPal can, and do, retrieve my money and credit me very quickly. In a world where any financial transaction can leave you feeling nervous or distrustful, PayPal gives me the reassurance I need to be able to buy with confidence, so I do! Reviewed on: 31st May 2026

My Pal, PayPal!

There is always somebody to talk to, every day of the week. They are helpful and polite and I feel reassured by knowing that when I need help or advice, they're there. The pay in 3 facility has made it so much easier for me to purchase necessary things, like my glasses, whilst also being able to afford nice frames! Being a pensioner in todays world is challenging, of course, but PayPal has helped me to navigate those challenges with the reassurance that, when needed, I can get the help I need, immediately.
