Service provided, is excellent. But could be better.

The service provided is excellent. Though transfers often show as done, before they actually are. Which can make things difficult for the customer. The app I think is somewhat clunky and could be made a lot more user friendly. There are lots of features that are fine. For instance adding your bank/credit cards etc. great feature works well. I find it hard to navigate the app to find the things that are important. What I owe. When I owe it. How I can pay it. And when it is actually paid. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

great app, I would recommend PayPal.

The app is great to use. Paying for things online, is quick, easy and I feel safe. When I have had to call up, the staff are friendly and helpful. Other than the wait time to clear some payments I couldn't complain. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
