Ok but customer service Crap

Mostly helpful except when needed a payment break, got put through load different people, kept asking for payment plan even though I explained I was on maternity and not going back on same hours and wasn't able too. Kept putting me on hold for long periods, I was on a call over a hour and ended up hanging up due to situation been unresloved Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
