My experiance has alway been outstanding.

My experiance has alway been outstanding. PayPal are an excellent provider for both credit and ease of payment options. From take 3, to 4 months interest free credit to my credit account, there are always options available. Paypal being widely accepted also makes it easy as I know my transactions are safe and secure compared to inputting my card details into random websites. Having engaged with PayPal customer services a few times, I can honestly say that they always put the customer first. I have always received outstanding support from knowledgable, empathetic staff. Poor Customer Service

Customer service used to be Excellent! Not sure what has happened recently, but it's now awful. They just don't respond to messages and ignore you. The phone number they give to contact them on is a dead line. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
