Excellent customer service

I was immediately contacted by Nationwide when there was some suspicious activity on my account. They send you a text and ask you to call and then go through the transaction they are suspicious account. I actually did not recognise the transaction they were referring to so my card was stopped and a new one issued immediately. This stopped my account from potentially being drained of my money.
