Simple to open a business bank account

I have opened two business accounts with RBS this year and they have both gone very smoothly. My Business Account manager even came and met me at my work to ensure all the paperwork was completed. I have been with RNS for over 20yrs and have to say I have never had any major issues, the little one's I have had they have addressed super quick - the test of a good company is when something goes wrong and how they handle it. Disappointing

Signed up for a CC with Sainsbury's as I have had one with them before and thought it would be easy. Initially approved swiftly but everything after that was a comedy of mess ups in an unfunny way. The need ID and tell you what they need, but when I sent it to them it was not really what they wanted, they wanted something else instead...Twice. I gave up and when they suggested I complain I did, only to find they didn't really care and couldn't do anything. please don't waste you... Reviewed on: 9th December 2016
