Nominated Bank Account not appearing.

Nominated Bank Account not appearing. Needed to change password. Had to wait in telephone queue for 20 mins. When I eventually got into my account, no nominated bank account appeared to transfer money into, despite having used this many times before. So had to phone again and wait 15 mins in queue. When I eventually got through, your employees were friendly, patient anfd helpful. Reviewed on: 8th June 2024
