Account closed

Monese bloked my account at first and after 2 moths they sayd that they closed my account definitive and that they will send my remaining balance to an account that i have to provide and this was more than a month ago and nothing arrived. They dont answer to any emails. The customer service on the phone is saying thay they cant help. Its just blsht and im sick of chasing my own money. I will take them to court. Stay away from them if you want to your money to be safe!!! Reviewed on: 1st July 2021
