I always use PayPal where I can.

I always use PayPal where I can. It's the same safety net as a credit card. They always protect you when you make a purchase. I feel much safer paying through them. I love Pay in 3, without that there are purchases I couldn't have made and pay it all at once. It's given me a lot of scope and I'm grateful for that. Plus I can go into the app and keep an eye on things, when payments are due etc. Of course, PayPal send email reminders anyway but I just like to see it all in one place, it keeps me right. I've only had to ring Customer Services a couple of times, on each occasion they have been brilliant to deal with. They are very polite, informative and reassuring. They have always solved a question I had or worry I had about my own finances. I can't fault PayPal. Thank you. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I've been using PayPal credit and Pay in 3 for some...

I've been using PayPal credit and Pay in 3 for some time now. I find it very manageable. There are so many items I couldn't have bought without it, I'm so grateful for that. If there's anything I haven't understood and rang them up, they are always listening to me properly and then they explain it to me. I've found the staff most helpful and reassuring. I also like how the homepage is set up, very clear, even at a quick glance you know exactly what you are doing with your finances. Overall I'm very happy with PayPal. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024
