Very deceptive and dishonest car insurance company

After a long time on the phone with Coop complaints department, nothing was resolved. No apology even though they have now received all the proof info they required, they still would not reinstate my insurance. What pathetic joke of a company would send out important letters non-recorded? Coop Insurance would! What apathetic car insurance company would not bother to phone you or email you to request something important even though they have your details on file? Coop would!!! Other insurers in the past have always emailed me, or phone me. Coop is a joke, I had to take out a brand new policy. Will be taking this up with the FSO to see what they have to say about this... Dishonest car insurance company out to steal your money

I was insured for just a month before they sent out a letter saying my insurance was cancelled. When I called them up they claimed to have sent out a letter requesting further information which I never received. They have both my mobile number and email address on file which they never bothered to use but instead stole around 30% of my annual premium for that first month.
