An Overall Excellent Experience

An overall excellent experience, initially on the telephone, and then in person, with Justine (at the Wokingham branch) who was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative. Very pleased with my new Fixed Rate Bonds (4.85% and 4.30% respectively) and the fact that I have a passbook, and can visit a branch. The only negative aspect was that I was unable to view an emailed message, despite the system providing me with numerous one-time passcodes - which is one of the reasons why I dislike online banking.
