Monese left me out in the cold

Unfortunately my monese experience hasn't been such a pleasant one.... at the start maybe it was good... but for their accounts department to freeze my account without any explanation, no call back on the day after waiting days to speak to somebody who could help, they are in my opinion the worst banking group I have ever dealt with. Here's the full story..... back in October I took a trip down from cold miserable Liverpool to cold miserable London for a few business meetings.... not monese fault but I'm getting there... I was asked to run a recruitment assessment for a large client (who I known for less than a week) here's my chance to impress and stay in London until I've finished my assessments. Upon discovering that I left my wallet at home and finding my monese card (always a few quid in emergencies) I checked into my hotel.... "declined...." (oops?? Have I razzle dazzled too much in gorgeous London?? Have I bought too many kurt Geiger boots?? Thinking about it, nope I haven't... checked my app £500 available as always) Called monese at around 3pm... 20 min wait to get through (as always).... but spoke to a nice guy.... he reassured me everything will be sorted before he goes home.... ahh breath, let's sit in the lobby.... an hour passes no reply from monese... I call once again (20 min wait turns into 30 mins... line goes dead NOOOO!!) it's now coming up to 5pm and they are closing (yes I know, id love to work 9-5 too) They have all gone home... leaving me stranded in London with a monese card that doesn't work... I've got around £30 and I'm thinking what the hell do I do!!! Called another department (lost and stolen) they in effect told me that monese where completely useless (which I agreed) and they are deeply sorry but they couldn't help!!! Train cost £60 single... couldn't do it, no dosh! So here I come mr coach... £25 wasn't too bad but sitting next to a snoring old man was the issue... plus arriving 3 miles from home was a pain too, had to walk! So 10am comes the next morning and no reply from monese so I call.... "oh sorry we didn't call you back, we are complete utter useless morons here at monese, we don't want to help you because you've got a strong scouse accent" (they didn't really say that but that's how I felt) Problem was, another customer put a visa dispute in, they thought it was my account, (sure that's data protection or something), blocked my card (like a criminal), made me loose £200 a day in wages, lost me a new client (they hate me now) And complaint received 1st November.... they still haven't resolved it, keep referring back to the old "8 weeks we have to resolve" (what a load of bull! I understand that's set by the top dogs in the government but come on, have some dignity and look over my complaint for minutes..... In conclusion, they are the worst bunch of morons I've ever gave £500 to mind for me.... please stay away from this company unless you want to loose salary, loose business and travel back like a porper from an unknown place next to a heavy breathing smelly old man.
