I tried to close my account I was on hold for 30 min...

I tried to close my account I was on hold for 30 mins I got put to 4 different representatives all in different countries who couldn’t help me, it was so frustrating oh and the customer service was really poor. Still want to close my account but was told I will have to wait until I’m back In the UK until I can do it Reviewed on: 13th June 2024
