Not terrible, but could definitely be better

I’ve used PayPal Credit for a while now and it’s been okay overall, but it’s not without its issues. It’s convenient having the option there, especially for spreading the cost of things, and it’s easy enough to use through PayPal which I already use regularly. That said, it can feel a bit unclear at times, especially around how things are structured or explained. The way payments and interest work isn’t always as straightforward as it could be, and I think that could be improved quite a bit. Customer support is hit and miss too. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it feels like you’re not really getting a clear answer which can be frustrating when you’re trying to sort something quickly. Overall, it does the job and I still use it, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of clarity and support. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
