Friendly helpful and overall refreshing!!

Easy to apply. Quick and efficient application - have had for over a year now and had an issue with missed payment due to January Bank Holidays causing delay with bank and customer service had updated and fixed without hassle. Quite refreshing to have a loan team whom are friendly and helpful through every step - not just signing you up. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026

Nice and easy!.

Easy to open account and app makes reviewing simple and efficient. Notifications of any changes and updates re interest etc so overall I find better than my old provider Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
