No interest, unlike a credit card.

What I liked: No interest, unlike a credit card. Built into normal PayPal checkout, so no extra application step. Instant approval every time. I have used this option for buying online services and physical goods ( Temu, various online health stores) as well Clear repayment schedule (deposit now, then two automatic payments at 30 and 60 days). Good way to spread the cost of bigger purchases without a full credit agreement. Drawbacks: A missed/failed payment (e.g. expired card) triggers a late fee and can limit future use. Easy to lose track of multiple plans and overspend since it doesn't feel like "real" money. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
