I spoke to Zoe this morning (09.03.26). What a lovely knowledgeable person! I had various questions and get a little muddled on the telephone and she was terrific. She didn't make me feel hurried and I felt valued as a customer. She calmly and very nicely took me through all the options and, after that conversation, it's made me even more certain that I want to stay with Saffron. It was very easy to open a savings account, otherwis...

It was very easy to open a savings account, otherwise I wouldn't have done it. Staff at Saffron are always polite and knowledgeable, that's why I chose them, even though there are higher interest rates elsewhere. Reviewed on: 12th June 2024
