Simply the worst service I've ever received

I don't know where to start describing how awful Virgin Money is. I had a Virgin Atlantic affinity credit card, which was through MBNA. The service was pretty good. Then they forced me to switch to Virgin Money. That's when the nightmares started. It's hard to imagine how the service could be any worse. Everything about the online service, verification process, telephone service and general attitude is worse than any comparable offering I've ever come across. Avoid at all costs.
