More secure and easy access through Branch, phone and app. Knowledgeable customer service to shortout the issues. More number of branches and ATM's across UK. Proud to have an account in Lloyds. Good Bank to have an account with

Halifax is a good bank to have an account opened. Great app with finger print security and easy navigation. Monthly rewards are also awesome without any banking fee. More options of offers from different merchandise across UK. More number of Banking branches in Manchester is eases the customer needs. New initiatives in banking applications are good suck as open banking. Details of pending transactions provides clear view of your upcoming inflow and outflow. Detailed statements are good. Overdraft facility and the fee are well described for each pounds with clear explanation. Customer service is great Paper statements are on time. Fraud checks are good as HSBC. Providing good support for the customer in the branch. Easy withdrawal and cash deposits in the branch. Overall I recommend Halifax as a good bank to bank with. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Great to start with First time banking in UK

There is no doubt to start a bank account at very first time in UK. Provides great flexibility to a customer to have banking account and credit card at very first day when you approach HSBC Bank unlike other banks in UK. surprisingly HSBC follows and provides great fraud prevention based on the usage of your credit cards. Especially fast balance option is great innovative idea to see my balance without logging on the app. Clear details and description on the card statements.
