The flexibility of payments is great due to the various options when using PayPal, I’ve not needed to contact customer services so over the years so can’t comment on that. Everything is transparent whenever you use PayPal to make a purchase with the options available to you. if you manage your account and make the payments always on time you will be offered a higher credit limit if you want it.
