Lovely service at The Family Building Society .

Lovely lady who understood what i needed right away ,and dealt with it in a professional but friendly way . She didnt hurry me in any way which at 79 i am a bit slow but not everyone is patient . Liam is a star..

I was very anxious having resposibility to put my late daughters money away for my Grandaughters future. I sent off the forms and then got a call from Liam at your Castle Street branch .Never have i been so nicely treated and spoken to by anyone. He is a credit to your building society ,and put me so at ease that i feel i have the trust in Hinckley & Rugby that i made a good choice .I would go as far as to say he is a jewel in your crown .
