I use the calculator a lot, it helps to give a clear overview of financial situations. I understand it's usually based on an average, it would be good if it could provide more accurate information - sometimes it comes up with incorrect benefits which can lead to potentially giving people incorrect information. Website crashes often, have to open another browser to get it working. A lot of the time the results are inaccurate - I understand this is an average, but it often shows results that are hundreds of pounds out. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024
