The team were really helpful and non-judgemental.

The team were really helpful and non-judgemental. They were supportive and informative about the process. admittedly there were occasions were communication stalled, but a staff member would always call to correct it. Loved the fact I was able to chat through multiple formats, using online portal, email, text and telephone calls. I really appreciated it, when I wasn’t feeling up to the task of chatting.
