Review of the Saffron Building Society, Savings:

Poor service

I visited the Bishop's Stortford branch on 6th June as I had a bond maturing on 16th June. The Advisor had no renewal forms to hand and had a problem printing me a copy. I completed form to renew for a further year fixed 4.4%. It is now 22ndJune. I have received no confirmation!!. I don't think this is good customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2024
