Professional and Helpful Service

From the start of my Debt Relief Order, Money Wellness have been extremely helpful and professional. From having my breathing space in place and then completing the DRO which took no more than 4 weeks from start to finish. Being unemployed and pregnant and have the £2000 debt - it was such a relief when my application was approved. The only downside was that from the minute the application was initiated, I received an invite to have telephone call which I was advised may not be on time and to give up to 2 hours. I never received the call and had to call them which took me over half an hour to get through, to then tell me that I need to submit my documents before submitting the application. I did that and did not receive a call – had to call them back a week later, again taking over half an hour to get through. Once you go through to an advisor, they are more than happy to help – I cannot thank you enough for your help in resolving my personal situation. Reviewed on: 26th June 2024
