My experience was so much better than I expected.

My experience was so much better than I expected. There was no judgement anyone, I wasn't made to embarrassed or ashamed. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and informative. Absolutely brilliant Customer Service, no judgement, no awkward questions. I felt ashamed and embarrassed having to go through this process but honestly, everyone was so understanding and kind. When I got the acceptance email to confirm my DRO is now in place, I can't tell you the feeling of relief, I wish I'd done it much sooner instead of trying to struggle on which just made things worse in hindsight. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I really do urge anyone who is struggling but feel embarrassed, please don't, they're a great team and will help you through every step, they understand that it can be overwhelming. I would also suggest that you get as much information as you can when it comes to outstanding balances, account numbers etc to help the process along. Thanks again ☺️ Reviewed on: 5th July 2024
