Just a bank

I honestly feel like my Barclay bank account is just a place to keep my money. I don’t feel like anything has ever been offered or that it’s better than other establishments. If another bank knocked on my door and offered to switch my banking right then and there, and offer a free bank account with a credit card, saving account, spending rewards and to do the whole transfer I would. The only reason I have stayed with Barclays is because I do not have time to switch accounts. Whenever I visit a branch it takes ages to see someone despite making an appointment, I am pushed to sign up for things I don’t want or need (a PBA, when I first joined) or I request for something and it is a mess. For example I requested a cheque and was refused a single tellers cheque and had to wait 3 weeks for a whole cheque book, and then received 2 other cheque books in the following weeks.
