Insurance Emporium-Established, Efficient, Excellent,

Soot my beautiful male cat was badly wounded in a cat fight and had to under go surgery at my local vets. I had taken out insurance when he was a kitten thinking I probably wouldn't need it. Thank goodness I did. The operation cost over £1,000. Money that in the currant economical crisis I did not have to spare. The Insurance Emporium were wonderful. After playing the access, they promptly refunded the remaining balance in full. Customer service was excellent, keeping me uninformed at all stages of the claim. There was no disputing the claim, although my cat had to have several appointments post op. All costs were honoured, promptly and without query.
