Excellent prompt and proactive service

We sadly had to put in a claim early in our cover when our kitten was diagnosed with FIP. We completed the paperwork, with the vets invoices and the claim was processed very swiftly, and we were reimbursed without any delays to the full amount. The customer service was excellent and the entire process was very straightforward, and proactive - it required no followup or chasing from us. We were very impressed and will renew this year.
