The best banking customer service operation.

The best banking customer service operation I've ever had to deal with; no long call queues, efficient security checks, and friendly, knowledgeable advisors. The banking app is brilliant - again, the best I've ever used. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Excellent products & customer service & affordable!

I have used The Insurance Emporium for both equine and horsebox / trailer insurance, and I have always found them to be such a straight forward, no hassle organisation to deal with, offering affordable premiums in a difficult climate. The customer service is excellent -very personable so if you call with a query you never feel like you are being interrogated or that they are questioning your honesty - they are always very straight up and helpful.
