Easy, value, excellent customer service protocols.

I’ve had one or two disputes which PayPal has managed beautifully. I can pay friends or receive money easily. The pay in 3 facility is great. It’s super easy to use. . Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026

Easy-to-use and free. What's not to like?

Not only is it easy to use, but being able to pay in three lots makes it possible to buy the things you might need but don't have the money for immediately. It's arranged without fuss, and without charge. Super-efficient, and super useful. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

So far so very good

I haven't had to call on the insurance yet, but it was easy to sign up for my pets' insurance as recommended by moneysavingexpert.com and when I had a query they got back to me very quickly and pleasantly. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024
