It’s very reassuring to have this policy in place

my husband purchased our policy after 13 hour wait in A&E left us upset and un cared for. There was definitely a stigma around it and I wasn’t sure whether we would actually end up using it but God oh my God we ended up getting a policy. Since inception we’ve had to use it twice and both times the care and attention that we’ve had has been exceptional. Everything has been super quick. All of our concerns have been taken care of and we feel like any issue is no problem at all. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Easy to purchase but a few kinks

Easy to purchase and great cover options. But making a claim was more complicated that it needed to be. Their approved garages are too far away and they didn’t repair my car properly the first time Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
