Fantastic Experience

So easy to set up a new account and they take over and transfer all DD's and SO's from old bank to them. Really easy to use and navigate website and mobile site, easy to set up and transfer monies, lovely the spaces section and setting up a savings account was just simple. Unfortunately we had to make a claim due to winter boiler damage, the process from initiating the claim to completion was so quick and painless and the money was in our bank within 6 days!!!! Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
